Getting Started With The Exploring Tantra Summit

The Exploring Tantra Summit is a 5-Day event that aims to inform, inspire and empower participants from all walks of life whether they are new to tantra or are seasoned practitioners. We're inviting qualified presenters to share their knowledge and experience with the anticipated audience of 5k. Our goal is to create a vibrant community that supports spiritual growth and awakening, and showcase how the timeless principles of Non-Dual Tantra can lead to a life of deep, abiding happiness and holistic well-being. As a member of our Speaker Team, we've set up a special affiliate link for you to share with your friends, family, and followers! This link is what you'll use to help promote the event and will tag all your referrals. Speakers will receive 30% commission on all tickets sold through their affiliate link.

Step 1: Plan to Participate

Complete Your Intake Form ASAP

Everyone participating in this event will need to complete an Intake Form. This form will only take a few minutes to complete and provides our team with all the information we need to setup your Speaker Profile, Create your Session Pages and setup your Swipe Assets for promotion.

Step 2: Prepare to Present

  • Prepare for the event by recording your session*, and creating your slides, session notes, or FAQ sheets. Please make sure to review the presentation guidelines below before recording your session.
  • IMPORTANT: Your presentation should be in a lecture/class style format, where you deliver your content as a teaching session. This allows you to fully share your expertise and insights with our audience. (Note that you have the option of recording on your own and submitting your video, or recording your presentation/class with us).
  • If you choose to record your presentation with us, you will need to book a recording date HERE.
  • Once you create your recording, you will upload it to google drive using the instructions below. 

 

Speaker Pre-Recorded

Presentation Guidelines

Videos Due By 9/1/25

  • 60-90 minutes long pre-recorded video.
  • We suggest that you use Zoom to record your video as it will give you video, audio and transcription (use 'Record to Cloud' option)
  • Videos should be recorded in horizontal format (from webcam, not phone).
  • Packed with valuable teachings 
  • Quality audio, video and ample lighting is required.
  • You do not need to include an introduction of yourself. Instead, we will be creating a longer introduction to your presentation so that you can focus on your content. You may start out your presentation as if you have just been introduced.
  • Video should provide ideas or helpful tips that attendees can do on their own to integrate the teaching you have presented into their daily life. 
  • Do not include the mention of free or paid products and services. (These will be promoted in the swag bag and bonus offers, and on your speaker page).
  • If using a slide deck, please include the slides as handouts.
  • Visual elements are encouraged in your video presentation. 
  • Do not add music to your video.

Upload Guidelines

Videos Due By 9/1/25

  • Video Upload: Upload your video file to the designated Google folder with your name. Ensure the file is clearly labeled with your name and session title. If you recorded on Zoom and used a slide presentation, we will need the "Speaker + Shared Screen" video recording.
  • Transcript Upload: Upload the transcript file to the same Google folder. Make sure the transcript is clearly labeled with your name and session title. We will be using the transcript to create a worksheet for your presentation.
  • Description Upload: Upload a short description of your presentation as a google doc in your speaker folder.
  • Confirmation: After uploading, please send a confirmation email to [email protected] with the subject line "Video and Transcript Submission - [Your Name]". Include a brief note confirming the upload is complete.

Mark Your Calendar

We will send you the final date and start time for each session a few weeks prior to the live event date.

Mark your calendar for the date and time of your session. We encourage you to login and participate! We have found that our audience loves having Q&A with our presenters after their presentation. This is completely optional, but encouraged ;) 

All the pre-recorded sessions will be broadcast live and include on air questions and answer times. 

Step 3: Promote The Event

Share your participation with your list & followers. We need everyone do their part using their affiliate link. This means sending a combination of emails to your audience and really going all out on your social channels!
