Most apps and memberships give you hundreds of practices and endless hours of content — leading to overwhelm, decision fatigue, and a sporadic practice that never progresses.
The Living Tantra Project is different — one curated practice each month, focused support for integration, and the structure to embody Tantric wisdom so that the peace and clarity you find on the cushion is still there, whether life is flowing or falling apart.
You've probably already tried...
The apps that gave you hundreds of options and left you more overwhelmed than when you started. The spiritual memberships that firehosed you with content — beautiful teachings you consumed but never quite lived. Maybe you've done the retreats, sat with the teachers, read the books.
And still — something is missing.
Not more information. Not another practice to add to the pile. What's missing is a container. A clear path. Real support. And the structure to make one practice actually land — in your body, in your daily life, in the moments that matter.
That's what the Living Tantra Project is built for. And here's how it's different from everything else you've tried:

Words From Our Members
"Awakening Was Never Meant to Be a Solo Journey"
Especially when what's missing isn't more teachings and practices—but the structure and support to bridge the wisdom of your practice into daily life.
Namaste Dear One,
I was deep in sadhanā, working with Parādevi—the supreme goddess of the Trika tradition—when a quiet, undeniable knowing became clear:
There needs to be a different kind of space for living tantric wisdom.
Not just for teachings and practices, but for the living of them. For bringing Tantric wisdom into real life—into conversations, decisions, relationships, and the ordinary moments that make up our days. A space where people are supported in the meaningful, day-to-day work of embodying the path.
I see it every day—in my one-on-one sessions and in the meditation spaces I guide: People who've done the work—sincerely and consistently—and still feel quietly fragmented. Not because they're doing it wrong... but because they've never had a space that truly holds what's unfolding.
They have teachers. They have practices. And still... they feel unsure.
I hear the same things again and again:
"I'm not sure if the practices I'm doing are actually helping... or if I'm just going through the motions."
"I've made progress... but honestly, with everything I've done, I still feel like I should be further along by now."
"The teachings are beautiful—but they don't always help me when I'm in the middle of real life."
These comments aren't only coming from beginners. They're coming from thoughtful, committed people—just like you—who've been walking the path for years. And still, something is missing. Not because of a lack of devotion, but because most spiritual spaces weren't created to support integration.
We don't just need more teachings and practices. We need the proper support in integrating those teachings and practices into our life so that when challenges arise, we have the capacity to meet it with the wisdom we've gained from our practice.
To return to them when life gets hard. To stay with them when it gets messy. To let them shape how we move through life—moment by moment.
And let me be direct about this—awakening experiences are a dime a dozen. A glimpse of truth can come in meditation, on retreat, even in mid-crisis. But then life happens. And suddenly, all that clarity feels far away. As one spiritual teacher has said—your awakening experiences don't matter. What matters is: are you awake RIGHT NOW?
Real awakening isn't a fleeting moment when you had a glimpse of clarity. It's the ability to navigate life from that awakeness. And that doesn't happen by accident. It requires integration. It requires support. It requires a space that honors nonlinear path of awakening and provides consistency and structure to help the deepest truths take root in your being.
This realization gave rise to something I'd been longing for but couldn't find anywhere: A collective of experienced practitioners who could support others in the real work of integration. A circle of professional guides who know the terrain of spiritual practice, but also know what it means to navigate trauma, overwhelm, resistance, and doubt.
That became the Tantric Arts Collective—a small alliance of seasoned teacher-practitioners who share a non-dual view, a commitment to integrity, and a deep respect for the complexity of modern life.
But that was only half the vision. The next step was clear: Create a space for YOU.
A space that's not about hierarchy, or performance, or chasing peak experiences, but about living the teachings. In your body. In your relationships. In life choices both big and small.
That's what gave rise to the Living Tantra Project.
A space to bring the teachings and practices into the moments that actually make up a life. Not just in an expensive retreat or immersion program—but in conversation, in conflict, in how you listen, show up, and choose.
What Does Living Tantra Actually Look Like?
Steady Presence In Relationships
It looks like Sarah, who used to disconnect during disagreements with her partner, but now recognizes that she IS the awareness in which the disagreement is appearing—and is able to rest in the calmness of that recognition even during heated conversations.
Emotional Clarity & Freedom
It looks like Michael, who spent years thinking he needed to "fix" his emotions before he could awaken fully, but now recognizes his challenging emotions as expressions of consciousness itself that aren't good or bad, but rather just the way consciousness naturally expresses through him.
Seamless Integration in Daily Life
It looks like Elena, who used to dread her inbox and live for her meditation time, but now experiences the same sense of flow and presence while making dinner or sitting in meetings—finding that life itself has become her practice.
It's the recognition that your true nature doesn't disappear during difficult conversations—it's what's aware of the difficulty. It's seeing your challenging emotions not as problems but as the very energy of consciousness expressing itself. It's realizing that presence isn't something you have to create—it's what you already are, even in the grocery store line. This is recognition, not improvement.
The Living Tantra Project Changes How You Learn—and LIVE—Tantric Wisdom
This isn't about mastering more teachings or philosophy.
It's about embodying the wisdom you've attained through your practices so that you can bring it into all aspects of your life.
Not by sitting and taking notes, but by doing, feeling, integrating.
Imagine if your "spiritual learning" didn't come through lectures—but through a single, powerful project each month.
One juicy theme—like desire, conflict, or shadow—built around a core practice. Sometimes it's a classical tantric practice, sometimes it's an applied non-dual tantric practice like yoga nidra, plus daily real-world experiments that help you integrate the wisdom into your actual life.
Each project becomes a doorway into the heart of Tantric wisdom—designed to help you embody the teachings directly, through your own experience, and apply them in real time to your real life.
And here's what makes it work: You're not doing it alone. Each month you get the core practice and daily experiments, plus a monthly workshop, access to our growing library of past projects, and a supportive community of practitioners walking the same path.
When I look at the spiritual landscape today, I see so many sincere seekers accumulating more and more teachings—but struggling to actually embody them.
It's not for lack of trying. It's not for lack of devotion.
It's because embodying the teachings requires a different kind of container than learning them.
The Living Tantra Project is that container. Not a program to consume, but a space to inhabit. A rhythm to follow. A community to walk with.
This is the space I wished for during my own challenging and beautiful journey of integration--The space where your spiritual insights and experiences become embodied and inform every moment of your life.
On behalf of the Tantric Arts Collective, I'd be honored to have you join us.
A Peek Inside The Living Tantra Project
ONE PRACTICE
Every month, you'll get one Tantric practice
- This is the heart of each month's project—one powerful practice you'll return to again and again. Designed for real-life flexibility: got 10 minutes? Perfect. Have 30 minutes of spaciousness? Even better. This practice grows with your schedule and deepens with consistency.
DEEP SUPPORT
To stay consistent with your practice
Consistency is hard when you're practicing alone. That's why each month you have multiple touchpoints with Lisa — a monthly live workshop to go deeper into the theme, and a dedicated Q&A where your specific questions get answered in depth. You always have somewhere to turn when the practice gets hard or life gets in the way.
And you have each other. The private community is a focused, distraction-free space — completely separate from social media — where practitioners who take this path as seriously as you do share what's arising and support each other through the hard stretches. No algorithm. No noise. Just real people, on a real path.
REAL INTEGRATION
Engage in micro-experiments designed for living tantric wisdom
Each month your practice unfolds week by week so that it becomes embodied and integrated into your daily life.
The magic happens in the simple invitation to engage in a 'weekly experiment' (under 5 minutes) designed to support the integration of the monthly practice into your life.
Choose the experiments that call to you, try them all, or if you're really pressed for time, let these be your practice for the day.
Right Now, You Can Join for Just $47/month
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Just real support, structure, and consistency.
To put this in perspective: One private session coaching or counseling session would cost about $200. But in the Living Tantra Project, you get continuous monthly support, guidance, and live coaching for just $47 per month. That's only $1.25 per day. You're getting more than five months of structured guidance and community support for what you'd pay for just one private session with one of our expert guides.
And here's the thing that makes this membership a no-brainer:
You're going to save yourself time— Think about the time you've spent searching for the right practice, trying different teachings, or feeling confused about what to focus on. The Living Tantra Project gives you one clear practice each month, so you don't have to spend time wondering what to do.
This membership is also a cost effective solution to spending hundreds or thousands of dollars jumping from teacher to teacher, course to course, retreat to retreat, looking for what's missing. You'll get the integration support that makes everything else you've learned actually translate to daily life.
Instead of spending more money on another workshop that gives you more insights you won't know how to integrate, you get ongoing support as a member for just $47/month.
Is This Right For You?
The Living Tantra Project is perfect for you if:
When You Join Today, You'll Get:
01: The Living Tantra Project Orientation
A grounded entry into the path—so you know exactly how to begin
This short, self-paced orientation helps you settle into the Living Tantra Project with clarity and confidence. Instead of being dropped into a sea of content, you'll be gently guided through what this space is, how it works, and how to begin in a way that actually fits your life.
You'll get:
- A clear understanding of how the monthly projects work—and how to engage with them without pressure
- A step-by-step walkthrough of where to find things, what to expect, and how to stay connected
- Simple ways to begin right away, even if your life feels full or your practice feels wobbly right now.
It's not about doing more. It's about arriving with clarity—so you can get what you came for.
02: One New Tantric Practice Every Month
Each month, explore a fresh tantric theme—like desire, manifestation, or bliss—through embodied practices including meditation, breathwork, movement, and inquiry. These projects give your practice a grounded rhythm and a clear focus. You're not adding more to your life—you're changing your relationship to it.
You'll get:
- One monthly practice to work with—no more spiritual multitasking
- Practices that meet you in daily life (not just on the cushion)
- Gentle guidance that helps you apply what you're learning right away
03: Weekly Integration Experiments
Most of us leave our clarity and inner-peace on the meditation cushion. These weekly "micro-practices" are designed to bridge that gap.
They aren't extra items for your to-do list. They're small, potent invitations (2-3 minutes long) to shift your awareness while you live your life—whether you’re washing dishes, driving to work, or navigating a difficult conversation. This is where the Tantric view becomes embodied.
04: A Private Community (off social media)
Practice is more sustainable when you're not doing it alone. The Living Tantra Project community is a focused, distraction-free space — completely separate from social media — where committed practitioners share what's arising, ask real questions, and support each other through the hard stretches.
No algorithm. No noise. No performance. Just real people taking this path as seriously as you do.
05: Monthly AMA (Ask Me Anything)
You don’t have to navigate your practice alone. When you hit a roadblock or need clarification, you can submit your questions directly in the community. Each month, Lisa records a dedicated video response answering them in depth. This gives you a reliable structure to get personalized guidance and the specific clarity you need to stay on track.

(Recordings are included if you can't join live).
Monthly Workshops ($27/month value)
These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of the Tantric path, helping you connect the dots so your practice fully aligns with the View (the philosophy) of the non-dual Tantric path. Think of these as "mini-masterclasses" that offer the context and inspiration you need to keep your practice alive and relevant. While these are paid events for the public, your membership includes a free all-access pass—your seat is always saved. (Recordings are included if you can't join live).

It’s the perfect support system if you are a visual learner or just need a gentle reminder during a busy day.
Meet Your Guide
Lisa Witter, DHP
I'm a psycho-spiritual counselor and non-dual Tantric meditation teacher, and I've spent over two decades guiding spiritual seekers through the profound terrain of awakening. I've been a devoted student-practitioner on the yogic path for nearly 30 years, and I specialize in helping practitioners move beyond spiritual concepts into embodied realization — where insights become lived wisdom rather than peak experiences.
My professional path actually began in endurance sport — after graduating from college, I spent 12 years as the head running coach of the Silicon Valley Triathlon Club, training elite triathletes, many of them VPs, CEOs, and C-suite executives of Silicon Valley's top companies. That work taught me something I still teach today: that transformation requires more than inspiration. It requires the right methodology, clear structure, and a guide who knows the terrain.
That same precision now informs my approach to spiritual practice. I bridge classical Tantric teachings with the messiness of modern life, weaving meditation with deep psychological insight. My work is grounded in the understanding that the journey of awakening isn’t about "fixing" a broken self or training the mind into submission. Instead, it is about the precision of practice required to shift out of identification with the mind and its patterns.
Ultimately, this work is about recognizing the wholeness that you already are, and learning to live from that recognition until every relationship, every challenge, and every ordinary experience becomes a doorway to awakening.
Our No-Risk Guarantee
The Living Tantra Project is a month-to-month membership—no long-term commitment, no contracts. If at any point it's not supporting you in the way you need, you're free to cancel anytime.
No pressure. No awkward conversations. Just a clear, simple choice.
How Much Time Will This Take?
The honest answer? It depends on your life—and that's the point.
The Living Tantra Project was designed to fit into your life, not compete with it. Some members may spend just 10 minutes a day—about an hour a week. Others may have more time and space to go deeper. You decide what's right for you.
Got young kids and barely any quiet? You can engage this work in short bursts—while the baby naps, between meals, or even while folding laundry.
Travel often for work? No problem. The practices are mobile-friendly and designed to move with you—no altar, no incense, no perfect setup required.
Juggling caregiving, a full-time job, or a major transition? You can dip in and out as life allows. The projects wait for you. There's no falling behind.
Just retired and finally have time to go deeper? Beautiful. You can lean in fully and let the practices become part of your daily rhythm.
The truth is, there's no such thing as the perfect time. But there is such a thing as building a path that's sustainable—and this model makes that possible. Each project is self-contained. If you miss a month or feel wobbly, you don't fall behind. You just re-enter. Start again.
And remember: these projects aren't separate from life. They're designed to help you bring tantric principles and practice into your conversations, your decisions, your life—not just into your meditation time.
Is It Really Worth $47/Month?
Look at it this way-
One private coaching or counseling session runs $150–$200. A weekend retreat costs $500–$1,500. A year-long spiritual program? Thousands.
For $47/month, you get a carefully curated monthly practice, weekly integration experiments, live teaching, personal guidance, and a community of practitioners walking the same path — all designed specifically to help you integrate the teachings and practices into the hard conversations, the stressful weeks, as well as the ordinary moments that make up your life... for less than $1.60 per day.
And if at any point it's not serving you, you cancel. No contracts. No awkward conversations. No risk.
So, the question isn't whether $47 is worth it.
The question is: how much longer do you want to keep accumulating wisdom that stays on the cushion and never integrates into your life?
