Getting Started With The Tantra For Turbulent Times Summit

Tantra for Turbulent Times: Finding the Sacred in the Storm is a three-day online summit for spiritually committed people who are looking for deeper clarity, grounding, and guidance in uncertain times. Through teachings, practices, and conversations rooted in Non-Dual Tantra and its related wisdom traditions, the summit explores how we can meet the intensity of modern life without bypassing, collapsing, or adding to the divisiveness around us. We’re honored to have you as part of this year’s speaker team, and grateful that you’re sharing your knowledge, experience, and wisdom with our community.

Complete Your Basic Information Form

Please complete the speaker information form as soon as possible so we have everything we need to create your speaker page, prepare your affiliate link, and organize the summit schedule. Due no later thanJune 5th.

Prepare and record teaching, or practice presentation. Slides are welcome if they support your session, but they are not required. If you need technical support or feel unsure about recording on your own, please contact us. We may be able to offer additional support when needed and as scheduling allows. Due no later thanJuly 1st.

Help us spread the word by sharing the summit with your community. We’ll provide swipe copy, graphics, and your unique affiliate link so promotion is simple and aligned.

As a presenter, we've set up a special affiliate link for you to share with your friends and followers! This link is what you'll use to help promote the event and will tag all your referrals. You will receive 30% commission on all tickets sold through your affiliate link. You’ll also receive an additional 30% commission on the first month’s dues for anyone who joins The Living Tantra Project membership through your affiliate link.

The Tantric Arts Collective is built on the understanding that no single voice holds the whole of the wisdom tradition. For the teachings of classical Non-Dual Tantra to be carried forward with depth and integrity, many voices are needed: scholars, teachers, practitioners, artists, lineage holders, and guides who each bring something essential to the larger conversation.

Tantra for Turbulent Times is part of that vision.

This summit brings together voices committed to making the depth, rigor, and liberating power of Tantra more visible in a world that urgently needs grounded spiritual wisdom.

Step 1:  Complete Your Basic Information Form ASAP

 

Everyone participating in this event will need to complete the Basic Information Form. This form will take about 15 minutes to complete and provides our team with all the information we need to set up your Speaker Profile, create your Session Pages, and set up your Swipe Assets for promotion.

Step 2: Prepare to Present

  • Prepare for the event by recording your session*, and optionally creating your slides, session notes, or FAQ sheets. Please review the presentation guidelines below before recording your session.
  • IMPORTANT: Your presentation should be in a lecture/class style format, where you deliver your content as a teaching session. This allows you to fully share your expertise and insights with our audience. (Note that you have the option of recording on your own and submitting your video, or recording your presentation/class with us).
  • If you choose to record your presentation with us, you will need to book a recording date HERE.
  • Once you create your recording, you will upload it to Google Drive using the instructions below.

Presentation Guidelines

Videos Due No Later Than 7/1/26

  • Length:
    • Teaching track: 60-75 minutes 
    • Practice track: 30-60 minutes
    • Voices from The Field: 15-20 min, schedule with Lisa to record.
  • We suggest that you use Zoom to record your video as it will give you video, audio, and transcription (use 'Record to Cloud' option)
  • Videos should be recorded in horizontal format (from webcam, not phone).
  • Packed with valuable teachings 
  • Quality audio, video, and ample lighting are required.
  • You do not need to include an introduction of yourself. Instead, we will be creating a longer introduction to your presentation so that you can focus on your content. You may start out your presentation as if you have just been introduced.
  • Do not include the mention of free or paid products and services. (These will be promoted on your presenter page).
  • If using a slide deck, please include the slides as handouts.
  • Do not add music to your video.

Upload Guidelines

Videos Due By 7/1/26

  • Video Upload: Upload your video file to the designated Google folder with your name. Ensure the file is clearly labeled with your name and session title. If you recorded on Zoom and used a slide presentation, we will need the "Speaker + Shared Screen" video recording.
  • Description Upload: Upload a short description of your presentation as a Google Doc in your speaker folder.
  • Confirmation: After uploading, please send a confirmation email to [email protected] with the subject line "Video and Transcript Submission - [Your Name]". Include a brief note confirming the upload is complete.

Summit Format & Access

This year’s summit will be primarily pre-recorded. Your presentation will be released according to the summit schedule, and free attendees will have access to it for 24 hours once it becomes available. All-Access Pass holders will receive immediate access to the full summit library and lifetime access to the recordings, so they can watch the presentations on their own schedule.

We may also offer a small number of live Q&A conversations during the summit. These will be themed conversations with a few presenters rather than individual Q&A sessions after each presentation. If you expressed interest in participating and we’d like to invite you, we’ll follow up with the details closer to the summit.

Unless we have made a specific arrangement with you, there is no requirement to attend live during the summit.

Step 3: Share The Event

Share your participation with your list & followers. We need everyone do their part using their affiliate link. This means sending a combination of emails to your audience and really going all out on your social channels!
