How To Maintain A Consistent Practice (Without Finding More Time)
Â
Because The Real Issue Isn’t Time — It’s Something Else Entirely
Just $37!
Have you tried rearranging your day to make space for your practice - without much success?
Have you ever told yourself that you just need for life to quiet down before recommitting to your practice?
Do you keep meaning to practice but it never seems to fit into your day?
Â
Â
If you’ve struggled to stay consistent with your practice, you’ve probably told yourself some version of the same story: "I just don’t have the time."
Â
Â
And on the surface, that makes sense.
Life is full.
Schedules are packed.
Energy is limited.
Most people assume the issue is effort or time management.
Â
So they try things like:
- Rearranging their day to “make space”
- Changing routines or experimenting with new schedules
- Trying to wake up earlier or fit practice in later
-
Waiting for life to calm down before recommitting
Â
In this workshop, you’ll discover why none of those strategies have worked long term — even though they make sense on the surface.
Why Time Isn't The Real Issue
Â
For many serious practitioners, time isn’t actually the issue. What’s really happening is subtler — and once you see it, the struggle with consistency starts to make a lot more sense.
When your inner-state is scattered or disorganized, everything takes more effort.
Decisions take longer.
Focus is harder to sustain.
Energy leaks in small but constant ways.
Over time, that disorganization quietly consumes the very resources you think you don't have enough of — time, attention, and energy.
From the inside, it feels like a time problem. But what's really happening is this: inner disorganization drains the very resources you need to maintain a consistent practice—quietly, constantly—before you ever sit down to begin.
This workshop is designed to help you understand what's actually been in the way — without blaming your schedule, your discipline, or your commitment.
Inside this workshop you'll learn....
Â
- Why staying consistent has been so hard — even when you genuinely try
- How the Tantric tradition understands this problem differently than modern productivity or discipline-based approaches, and what foundational practices (often skipped) actually make consistency sustainable.
- A clear understanding of what actually supports a consistent practice over time — beyond willpower and routines
Â
This isn’t about finding the time, willpower or right routine to practice.Â
It’s about what supports consistent practice -- and what doesn't
Plus:Â
- Workshop Companion Notes: Everything you’ll want to remember, already captured — so you can receive fully in the moment and return with clarity later.
- Your Personal Consistency Blueprint: Built together live during the workshop, turning the hidden energy leaks in your day into the invisible support that makes showing up for practice feel natural.Â
Why I'm Teaching This..
Over the years, I’ve seen a common challenge — even among dedicated spiritual practitioners.
Maintaining a consistent (and therefore effective) meditation practice is hard.
In a world where we have endless access to spiritual teachings and practices, what people actually need is a sanctuary-- not more content. They need a container where practice becomes a felt, living experience — curated, guided and clear.
I’ve been immersed in yogic practice for over 30 years — as a student, teacher, and guide. My professional path began with coaching elite triathletes in the early 1990's where it was critical that structure, consistency, and the right training methods were adhered to for peak performance. That same approach continues to shape the way I guide my clients and students in spiritual practice today: focused, intentional, and designed to support real-life integration.
I believe everyone should be able to turn to their meditation practice with clarity and confidence — not confusion.
Your practice should fit the reality of your modern life and support your spiritual path. You shouldn’t have to juggle multiple apps or scroll through hundreds of meditations online, trying to piece together a practice that actually works for you.
That’s why I created this workshop.
