Yoga wisdom teachings tell us that the root cause of our anxiety, stress and general sense that ā€˜there must be something more to life’ is a misconception of our true nature. Luckily, ancient masters of the Tantric tradition left us with doctrines and a system of meditative practices that yogis and yoginis can use to discover an abiding happiness independent of life circumstances.Ā 

In this classĀ as we will take a journey through a variety of Tantric meditations suited for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Each class will begin with a short teaching that introduces a theme or concept from non-dual Tantric tradition followed by a guided (seated) meditation practice.

Class will end with time for reflection, sharing and integration. Meditations will utilize a combination of work with the subtle body (chakras and nadis), breath (pranayama), sound (mantra) and visualization.

This class will be based on the teachings and practicesĀ of classical, non-dual Tantra.
