East Bay Weekly Meditation Class
Ā
The path of non-dual Tantra offers a unique antidote to modern-day challenges, fostering inner peace, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. This class explores foundational teachings, practices and contemplations of non-dual Tantra and is great for total beginners and advanced meditation practitioners alike. Drop in for a single class or make it a regular part of your meditation routine, and discover how non-dual Tantra can become an essential part of your daily life, enriching your spiritual path along the way.
Class begins with a short teaching, followed by a guided (seated) meditation practice. Class ends with time for reflection, sharing and integration. Meditations use a combination of work with the subtle body (chakras and nadis), breath (pranayama), sound (mantra) and visualization.
When: Mondays, 7:30–8:45 PM. Doors open at 7:15.
What to bring: Your own meditation cushion, BackJack, or meditation bench. I have a few cushions and a couple of chairs, but not many, so please bring your own seat if you can.
Where: My home practice room in Oakland. The address is sent in your registration confirmation.
Note: Classes are livestreamed for online Living Tantra Project members, with the camera on me only. Recordings of every class are available to members. Ask me after class if you’d like to know more.
