At The Threshold of Dissolution

An Embodied Exploration of Saṃhāra- dissolution as one of Sivas five acts

In this workshop you'll have the opportunity to:

    • Notice how endings are experienced in the body—the subtle ways we brace, grasp, speed up, check out, or reach toward what comes next
    • Explore the charged space between what has ended and what has not yet begun, without rushing to fill it
    • Encounter saṃhāra as a direct experience: dissolution and reabsorption felt through movement, breath, sensation, and awareness
    • Attend to the completion of a cycle before attention moves toward the next beginning
    • Develop a more refined capacity to recognize when something is completing, changing, or ready to give way to what comes next

Also Included:

  • Replay access
  • Workshop notes
